A NEW COMMUNITY AREA STRUCTURE PLAN IS BEING PROPOSED TO THE CITY OF AIRDRIE

The CASP is a high-level policy document to guide future neighbourhood-scale development.

About the Project

A new community in East Nose Creek is being proposed to the City of Airdrie.

The East Nose Creek Area Structure Plan (ENC CASP) was circulated at the City of Airdrie in September 2024. The ENC CASP will guide the development of approximately 447 hectares. The future development envisions to be a vibrant and sustainable community.

The ENC CASP has been considered within the City’s comprehensive growth management plan. This is also known as the 12 Thousand Acres (12K) Plan.

The timeline between ENC CASP adoption and neighbourhood subdivision is projected into 2027. The East Nose Creek project team is committed to keeping you informed along the way. The ENC CASP has been conceptualized by Highfield Investment Group.
